ShowWhat does Free trial mean?
The 7 day FREE trial plan is available for you to try out GroupQuality. You can signup today to our FREE 7 day trial account and no credit card is required. Once you have created your account you will have 7 days in which to use your free account. After you have used your free trial, your account will remain active but you will need to upgrade by subscribing to one of the GroupQuality plans.
How do I pay per project?
On the Starter plan you have the option of paying for project credits. You will be required to pay for the project credit in advance and prior to begining your project. You will then be able to use any and all off the GroupQuality tools for the project you are undertaking.
Please note: You will have 30 days from the date you purchase the project credit to complete any given project. Any project which exceeds this time frame will require a project quote. Any additional projects you start will be charged at the current pay per project rate.
Can I pay for one month only on the Professional plan?
No. The professional plan is a special rate for purchasing a 12 month license. All monthly and professional plans are on an Annual Software License Fee. All prices shown here are in US & AU (excluding GST) Dollars. You have the option of paying for the Professional Annual license either Annually or Quarterly. If you would like to pay monthly by invoice please contact us. Please note a monthly invoicing fee may apply. All annual license fees are paid by direct deposit in advance. Once we have received prepayment we will activate your account.
What if I pay per project, I make an error, and need to start over. Do I need to pay again?
Generally if you contact us through the support centre we can asses your request and add another project allocation to your account. However, it must be for the same project and generally requires you to use the same project list.
How do I upgrade my plan without losing any of my data?
If you wish to upgrade to a annual subscriptions then simply contact us and we will organise this for you.
Can I have more than one administrator or moderator in my account?
Prices shown are based on per user license fee. This means the price shown gives you 1 Administrator and 1 Moderator per license. If you require more please contact us for a quote

Group Quality® has been designed to work with all major website browsers.
- PC users: we support - Internet Explorer 7+, & the latest version of Firefox & Google Chrome
- Mac users: we support - the latest verison of Safari, Firefox & Google Chrome

Do I need to download GroupQuality® software?
No. GroupQuality® is hosted in the cloud and you do not need to download software.
You will also need the latest Adobe Flash Player on your computer to use some of the more advanced features including interactive whiteboard and webcam groups. Please click on this link now to check the compatibility of your website browser.
Do you offer personal training?
We do offer remote system training starting at a minimum of $150 US per hour with a minimum of one hour. All remote training is done via the Internet and is done through screen sharing. You can also access all tutorials and training materials from your Group Quality support centre once you have created your account.
If I have an issue how do I contact you?
You can contact us using our online contact form or through your customer support centre available to you once you log into your account. Please also check out the comprehensive set of tutorials and question & answer sections. You may find someone has already answered your question.
If I decide not to renew what happens to my account?
On expiration of your annual subscription, if you choose not to renew, all data will be kept in your account and you will be downgraded to a Pay Per Use account. If you choose to Cancel your account completely we will keep you data for 30 days. After 30 days all data will be deleted from the system.
